Spent some amazing couch time over the last few days with Crystal and Ashley. Both are beautiful, well-built, intense, and a lot of fun to spend time with. Admiring... If your lady works nights, then I wouldn't know her. On days, the blonde with the largest chest is Tanya, and she has bleached hair, but it's not as long as you describe. Summer's hair is that light, and longer, and she's big (though not as big as Tanya) on top. What day and time did you see your lady at the club?

To "admiring from a distance"... you're going to have to be more specific (day or night shift). There is no overlap. Dayshift ends at 6, except on Sunday. So if you planned on going on a sunday, then you are in luck, as Dancer indicated. If you were talking about a weekday, then unless your favorite dancer works a double shift, you're out of luck.

Tip... I'll give you guys a tip or two. You sound like a bunch of cackling hens. I tip if I want too tip, and if the girl doesn�t ask for a tip and that�s hardly ever. Because I�m kind and respectful there�s no shortage of girls lining up to dance with me! I feel bad I can�t afford to dance with all of them. I've never had a problem with the girls because I don't tip. Somehow the girls are extra nice to me anyway? If I did get a request or a complaint, simple, I don�t go back to that girl. Probably the best tip I have for you homers is be nice to the girls and they'll love you for it. One more tip why not let this board be used for better things than whining about tips like figuring out when the girls are coming in and what they�re thinking about?

The difference between the E and an restaurant is that at the restaurant you are paying primary for the food. At E you are paying for the dance. I generally tip, unless someone is going through the motions. But I think asking or pressuring for a tip is a bad move on a dancers part. I have been going to the E for 6 or 7 years. I have been hassled for a tip twice and have never gone back to either dancer.

The word "tip" is synonymous with the word "gratuity" which is derived from the french word gratuite'. It's definition is roughly; a payment (usually money) for services rendered. Plain and simple, a tip is an offer of appreciation. It is up to the customer whether they want to give one or not. Larry - I fully agree that it's your choice to make whether you tip or not. Others will choose likewise, and differently. And Customer - I agree also that a tip should never be expected; but in this case, I feel that it can be earned. Dancers are not just "getting naked" for us; they are making themselves as physically vulnerable to another human being (and all the dangers that can entail) as they can be. So yes, this can be a lucrative job for those that are good at it, but it does come with some risks.

But (my own opinion now) I think the lady is earning just as much tip after two dances as well. I'm pretty sure they don't keep more per dance as the number of dances accumulates after two.

Cost of dance, $50. Which $20 per dance goes to the house, as posted on the site. Then...minimum 15% tip out to the house employees (door guy, dj, bartender...etc.) So if the dancer makes $30 per dance she has to tip out around $5 per dance. So at the end of it all she gets only half of the original $50... That is why these ladies appreciate tips!

Rule of thumb for tipping for any type of service. If I feel good after receiving service, I tip average. If I don't feel good or negative, I don't tip. If I feel exceptional, I tip larger than normal.

ootd - That's my point. With the per-dance price at $50 (very high in OC), it's tough for customers to add on a tip. But I believe in doing so when a service rendered is better than average, whether it be a waiter, cab driver, or exotic dancer. And when anyone I would normally tip asks me before doing do, "You're a good tipper, aren't you?", or "You should tip me more," I consider that as crossing that unspoken line.

Been struggling with this for a couple of weeks now. Maybe someone can offer their own insight. Danced with someone new recently, twice total, and each time, afterward but before settling, she comments on the tip she expects to receive. And the second time, after "settling up", she complains that the tip was the same as the first time. Now, I'm normally not a bad tipper, especially if I've had a good time, and with this dancer I definitely had a good time and tipped her accordingly. But a dancer focusing on the tip, and applying subtle pressure to get a larger tip, to me shows a lack of class. Am I making too much of this?

Chris - Let me be blunt. When the dancers read posts like yours about their private dances ("How are so-snd-so's dances...", "Any info is appreciated...", "Email me your experiences..."), they get concerned. That's because they sound just like someone who is looking to set them up to get fired or, worse, arrested. Now I know each and every E dancer is well within the letter of the private dancing laws, but when they think that their customers are sharing details of their private dances, that raises red flags in their minds. They are called "private dances" for a reason - they should be private, between the dancer and the customer. The dancers work hard for our respect and (yes) our money, so when you post here, be a customer and not a threat.

The way this works best is to go to the club, relax and enjoy watching the ladies, talk to a few, and decide then who you might want to dance privately with. Charlie - Usually I arrive at the club intending to spend time with someone in particular. The ladies I like most are considerate enough to ask if I came to see anyone in particular; when they do, and it's not them, I politely let them know who. If the one I came to see isn't there that day, they'll let me know; otherwise, they (being my favorites for a reason) know that I like to rotate my time among them, and understand that their time will come. It comes down to courtesy - when you give it, you usually get it back. And anyone (not just an E dancer) who doesn't get that, doesn't get a lot of my time. By the way, six is about two too many, and normally no more than two or three of my favorites are working on any given day.

JohnB: The schedules only show you which girls should be working. But girls call in sick, trade shifts, walk in unscheduled, etc. The Rollcall shows which girls are actually working. Some of the girls have been using the Guestbook to post that they're working that day. That's ok, but I'm trying to encourage them to post it on the Rollcall instead of the Guestbook. If a girl posts on the Guestbook in the morning and we have lots of posts from customers right after, then her post gets bumped way down the page and loses its effectiveness. If she posts her presence on the Rollcall, it will stay right at the top in the new scroll window. I hope that makes sense. I really wish the management would post a rollcall every shift. It would undoubtedly increase business for the club. In the meantime, I hope more girls start to use the Rollcall. Any girl that wants to use it can email me for instructions or Sasha can show you how.

Curious - I feel your pain. It's a frustrating situation. Unless I've danced before with any of the ladies on the floor, sometimes I'll sit 20-30 minutes before anyone will approach me, with ladies sitting off to the side talking with each other or texting. What I have found that works is this... Sit at the rail. Tip the dancers. Let them know you like what they're doing. Tip the one(s) you're interested in a little more, and as you do, make a quick comment that you'd be interested in a private dance. Believe me - unless they're fully booked for other guys after their dance, that will work.

Fred - I find that, by 90 minutes, each dancer has gone through one set while I'm there. Which is my goal, to watch each lady at least once. But as far as boredom goes... I'm afraid I don't experience that. In my mind, each and every dancer has something worth experiencing -- a look, a physical quality, a sensuality, the way she moves -- that makes her fascinating. Some are so to a greater degree than others, to be sure, but they all do to some extent.

Fred to answer your question about dancing with other girls and having your favorite not be mad at you...well as far as most of us go, we are entertainers and our job is to make sure you have a great time. So the way I see it is, if you are curious about another girl...dance with her :) all the ladies at E are beautiful and we are all really close. Our club is not caddy as most clubs are. Mark & Patron - Each of you make valid points. Almost every visit, I see many ladies sitting off alone or together, talking or texting. Granted, they may have already asked customers for a dance. But these same ladies stay where they are after I've already seated, and never come to say hello. Or, you have some ladies who come up within seconds after sitting, and it's "Hi, would you like a private dance?" Neither approach sets the lady high up in my mind. Best is the one who will give you a chance to get settled, come up and strike up a conversation, get to know you and give you a chance to get to know them. Then, once that relationship is struck, is when I'd be most interested in going back. And most special is that lady who will spend time with you AFTER you've had your private session, and not rushing off to find their next customer. You are a person to them, and not just a source of income.

Mark: To clarify your perception about the girls of ecstasy the reason why "they are sitting around" is because they already asked people for dances and people said no. Also, the girls that are "sitting in the back/dressing room" are there because most likely they asked around for dances and again... customers said no. Went in last night, can't say I was too impressed with most of the girls' attitudes. Seems like a lot of them just sit around and chat with each other and don't really make the effort to talk to the customers. Like I said I haven't been there for awhile--E has had many tens over the years and I'm sure there's a looker or two somewhere there right now if I happen in at the right time. I'm not disparaging any girls by name nor am I knocking anyone's taste in women. But we all roughly know what a 10 looks like for $50 a shot--it doesn't mean she's a nice girl. I don't mind paying $50-in fact I'd pay more-but I expect model quality. I like chatting it up with nice girls too. I'm sure many of them have great personalities. But E is supposed to be a high-end club, and I can chat it up with mid-range girls for half that or less. Sorry if I insulted anybody, but my point is why has management fired so many of what many customers consider the hottest looking girls? Is it some personal conflict that management has?

I couldn't agree less with the posts below. While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, to say the club fires the "pretty" girls and keeps the "5's" is just plain ignorant as well as insulting to the girls who work there now. E has beautiful women of all shapes, sizes, nationalities and personalities and plenty of them are "9's" and "10's", IMHO. In other words, there's something for everyone at the club if you're willing to take the time to look around and get to know some of these amazing girls.

Yeah I agree with the poster about quality. I have never been in there before and left without getting a dance as often like the last year. It seems like the method is, fire the pretty girls and keep the fives. I don't understand it, but that is one reason there is hardly anybody in the club anymore. Nikki and Pepper at SR-COI. This is my complaint with E. The lookers seem to get canned eventually for some reason. I haven't been there for awhile since last time I was there at the end of last year, there were mostly fives, lots of heavy girls with big bazoombas who are popular because they put out in the back. Was Sunny or Nikki doing more in the back than some of these girls? I doubt it. I don't care so much about getting high mileage, but for $50/dance there better be some nines in the mix. So maybe some of the new girls I haven't seen are hot, but I've gotten tired of dropping by and leaving after surveying the talent. Owners: hire some really good lookers and leave them alone.
